We offer the following cheer programs at the Valley View Junior Cougars for boys and girls of all ages:

• A Team - Grades 7 & 8
  
• B Team - Grades 5 & 6
• C Team - Grades 3 & 4
• I Team - Grades K, 1 & 2

**Cheerleading is placed based on grade level the participant is going to be in during our upcoming regular season. When selecting a division, its important to select the grade your participant is rising to given registration takes place during the current school grade they would be moving up from. Ex. If I am registering my daughter in 2nd grade now, she will be rising to be in the C - Division for 3rd & 4th grade participants.


As a league and Organization, we feel its important to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate, regardless of ability or disability.

The VVJC and ACCJFL support the Olyphant PRIDE Cheer Squad which is specialized Cheerleading instruction program for children with Developmental Disabilities run by Coach Lori McGurrin Killino.  If your child has expressed interest in Cheer and you'd like more information on this program, refer to the link below or contact Coach Lori at 570-499-2571.
